My husband was in the hospital, and the palliative care team recommended this organization to help us find long-term housing. From the first phone call, Lynne was kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. Our family worked with Lynne over a couple of months. When we reached out to her, she was efficient in gathering the information She needed and listen to my mom‘s concerns about moving. She set up appointments for us where we were received warmly. She followed up with all of our visits and kept in touch regularly without hovering. I have so many things to say about Jennifer with Next Step for Seniors. First and foremost she has always made us feel like family, walked us through each facility, listened to our needs.
