Next Step assumed management of the house we rented for a little over 7 years. I hadn’t rented in over 20 years but got transferred for work. The NextStep app made paying rent and maintenance requests very easy. ALL maintenance requests were addressed promptly including appliances which needed to be replaced. The house and carpet cleaners they recommended at move out did an excellent job. Daniel and Christy were GREAT! 👍🏼 Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to be tenants.
