I rent from Dan Riley at NextStep Realty Management. I live in a four plex and recently he replaced our backyard fences. Wow! What a make-over! New cedar, metal poles and a gate that is so easy to open. Thank-you Dan!
Was in the middle of the application process and they where already calling my rental history but I find out it’s sold off of Zillow when I went and checked and so I called and all they said to me was “good luck”. they didn’t even tell me I was denied or nothing and sold it to someone else.
