I'm a flight attendant who was referred by a friend for neck pain. I only had one visit with Dr. Ostling and he gave me a thorough evaluation and some exercises that have fixed the pain and will prevent future issues. I'm very impressed with the office; I was surprised how quickly he was able to help me and would refer him to anybody!!
I had bad knee pain and couldn't straighten my knee. I was worried I would need surgery because I couldn't walk or climb stairs. After seeing Next Step PT we were able to get my knee straight and now I can commute to the city without any knee pain. The results were fast and great. We were done in half the time my therapist had planned on. My wife and my son came here as well so I would not hesitate to send anyone to this place.
Great at determining the root cause of my injury and giving me exercises to address the problem. Chris is a pleasure to work with and really cares about his patients/clients. I highly recommend this place for both acute and chronic injuries, of which I had both when I first came here. With Chris's help I'll soon be running again!

I've had back surgery in the past and my back was bothering me again during work. After therapy I learned better ways to lift the patients I was working on so my back didn't hurt as much. The staff is really easy to talk to and work with and they really understood where my problem was coming from. Would recommend highly!!
I went to Next Step Pt after having distal bicep tendon surgery. The staff at next step is awesome, very caring and very attentive to the patients needs. Being a high level competitive athlete i've been to pt before but next step was by far the best ive been to. Chris is awesome. His one on one therapy is very motivating and very attentive. i would recommend Next Step to anyone that is looking for the best.
