Bobby was hired by my family as an interventionist to take my case. I was an extremely difficult and complex patient which required Bobby’s decades of experience and connections in the recovery community. I can honestly say Bobby helped save my life. When I first met him, I wasn’t ready to listen. I ended up in a psych ward and was in one of the darkest places I’ve ever been in, but even then he never gave up on me. He stayed in contact, kept trying to help me, and kept pointing me in the right direction even when I wasn’t ready to hear it. This service was awesome. Bobby went through the process as detailed as possible, and prepared us to have the conversation/intervention with the person we were concerned for. I had tried on my own knowledge/judgement to have these intervention conversations but to no avail. When talking to Bobby, he helped focus the conversation and also went above and beyond to try to make the intervention conversation happen when there were hiccups along the way. He truly embodies the "whatever it takes" mentality to help people.

Update 6/22/26: I previously shared how Bobby successfully persuaded my loved one to accept treatment, but I am writing this second review because his dedication goes far beyond the initial intervention. Bobby truly understands that getting into a facility is just the first step. Throughout my loved one's time in treatment, he remained deeply involved, closely tracking her progress and checking in constantly.
