I was rudely told that they did not want to take my flooring business because it was too much work and it took me too long to decide. I had water issues and had to wait until waterproofing was done before flooring could be done. Next Step was very put off that they quoted and brought me samples a couple times and it took me too long to award them business. Sorry...some things you can't control like timing. Poor customer service and poor responsiveness when I tried to connect just don't fly in this world of many other carpet ... read more

I have had a few projects by Next Step Flooring and very satisfied every time. Dave and his crew work fast and are meticulous. My stairs and upper landing carpet job have these spindles to work around, awesome cut out around those, and have helped with noisy creekingness. Best part is the price, highly recommended to all my friends and family.
We purchased our kitchen flooring from next step and could not have had a better experience with Dave and Texi. They are so kind, helpful, and professional and Dave even hand delivered our flooring to us along with a 12 pack of pop we were curious about trying! We are going to be recommending them to everyone and are so glad to have worked with them!
