I packed a barrel at the warehouse on April 6 2025 and was told the barrel would be shipped the following week. While the original turnaround time was supposed to be about three weeks, it unfortunately took nearly two months for the barrel to arrive in Jamaica, which was very disappointing. I am calling for an answer as to why Miss Arlene has not gotten her shipment which was sent over three months ago. We understand that delays happens, however this is beyond that. You yourself can't even give a reason, just one reason why the delay. And my cousin is calling you and you are ignoring the calls. She paid you for door to door. My grandma needs a full refund of the cost to pack and ship that barrel. We are done with the lies and no answer.
