If you’re White customer in Next Plumbing Supply, you can expect to be greeted with “How can I help you?” If you’re Black, you can expect to be greeted with a silent glare, a 2-minute wait, and “Yes!”. I’ve worked with Next Plumbing in the past throughout a few projects and I never really had any issues. I most recently called the store to begin the sales process for 6 Toto toilets- gave all the references to someone on the phone and sadly never heard back. Everyone is always very kind on the phone and I know things get busy- but for the sake of a great company like NPS, I had to make this known. Best wishes to the team.
