Very frustrating experience. Their website says the store is open and lists the closing time as 4:00 PM. I drove all the way there and arrived at 9:50 AM, only to find the doors closed. If the store is not open during the posted business hours, they should update the information online so customers don’t waste their time driving there.

I had a great experience with Next Plumbing in Orlando. Their team was professional, timely, and made the whole process stress-free. I especially want to highlight Noel C — he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His customer service really stood out.
