By far one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered in years! The one staff out of the two (older and thicker build) was rude and disrespectful from the get go when communicating with him - you could tell this man is going through it in life. Agree with all the reviews outlining for service. I showed up with a part from an external hose bib looking for replacement pieces. The fellow at the desk looked at me like I was holding a piece of alien technology. Ok I get it if you don’t carry the particular manufacturer etc but this dude seemed pissed that I would deign to ask for some advice. Won’t be returning here I can tell you that much.

Complaining to the Police about this vehicle and driver now. Have video evidence. Dangerous driving charges will likely follow. Overtaking on Merton St (speed bumps) and roaring up to the next lights... all to sit and wait in traffic... nearly hit a pedestrian who was crossing with right if way to then be passed by everybody he just overtook... Seriously dangerous maneuver revving the engine at the highest possible rate and then braking hard in traffic. Idiot needs a re-education.
