I initially had a great experience, but that quickly went down hill. Within hours of buying my vehicle from there it started making a scraping/rubbing noise coming from the front driver side suspension area. I called them as soon as they opened back up on Monday. Be sure to look real close at what you buy o n your case better bring step ladder for crushed in roof and cut off cats no wonder you didn't have veh inspected when we bought should have turned you in to msp had to replace cats for to pass inspection in god we trust
We recently purchased a used vehicle from Next LVL that they had posted on Car Gurus. We found this dealership to be professional, courteous, straightforward, and most importantly, HONEST! They don't have surprise fees like many used car lots. Buying a car can be so frustrating, but our experience with Next LVL was very smooth...like the sound of our new Corolla!
Have decent looking cars to choose from and everyone at next level is super nice. But one thing I can say is me myself and a few others I personally know who have purchased vehicles from here all have experienced that the extended warranty that they sell you and also the one that comes with the vehicle for 30 days after do not honor it whatsoever.
