I’ve been a prime member for a year now, and I’m usually quite pleased with the staff and service. Today was better than usual! My tech, Marlene, got my labs on the first stick (always a good day) and my provider, Justin re-educated me on a misconception about my health with compassion and clarity. I highly recommend becoming a prime member, but regardless- they do a great job there!
This clinic is always very clean, very quick, and very professional. Their hours make it easy to be seen on weekdays and weekends and their staff are knowledgeable about nearby pharmacies’ hours. Their global visit policy (allowing you to go back within 48 hours related to the same illness from the first visit without an additional copay) is a game changer. 10/10 - will definitely go back again.
After being dismissed yesterday for my daughter's symptoms, I took her for a second opinion and it turns out she has the flu. Lack of examination/testing on the practitioners part is to blame. All she did was check my daughter’s ears. She claimed that my child was “just teething” but then also stated she has “no inflammation in her gums or obvious teeth visible”.
