My left ear has been hurting on and off for a few weeks, finally decided to get it checked out. I would’ve gone to my PCP if it wasn’t the weekend, but I’m very glad I found a nearby alternative! I felt taken seriously. The PA was super friendly, explained everything, answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed or brushed off. Left with a treatment plan and all is good so far. Had a great follow up at Next Level Spring. I had some concerns about the progress of my health and Jessica and Jennifer were able to ease my anxiety. They gave me a different plan that already has me feeling better.
Excellent care
I went to this urgent care this morning with a upper respiratory/sinus issues. I was able to make a quick appointment online and complete my paperwork in advance. I was greeted immediately in the waiting room and was able to go to a patient room right after I paid my co-pay. I had all of my tests done as soon as I entered the room.
