Went there last night and receptionist was not friendly at all, had an attitude and looked at us and said, you need to be seen. It would have helped if she was more friendly. Your front desk staff is the one that will give the first impression of the company. I will not return there.
Front desk is a nightmare. Would come regularly due to the clinic having my medical information just to be told they deleted it? “We delete it only by request” was repeated to me over and over like I was stupid but I did not request my information to be deleted. The front desk lady treated me like an annoyance and it just ruined my start to the day. Just needed to be seen about my tonsil and ended up having just a horrible day due to this location. I have been here several times since they opened. Although I was sick, the experience I had was top notch from start to finish every time. During my visit yesterday, Monica, Ashley, and Antonia were very professional, caring, and prompt. It is has been about 24 hours since I left the facility with a diagnosis of strep throat, and I am well on the way to recovery. I am grateful there is a place like Next Level Urgent Care (Long Meadow Farms)! More than once it has been a true blessing for me to have them to turn to for help!
DO NOT RECOMMEND! Rude office staff! The lady at the front desk should be fired! Billing system is horrible! UPDATE and response to their response. Unfortunately there is no resolution to this issue. It is an on going issue and the front desk lady needs to be fired. If you see all the bad reviews it’s a consistent complaint about her. There are several other Urgent Care places around with better reviews no need to waste time and money here. You have lost 6 loyal customers/patients from our family.
This place has gone downhill ever since they switched their billing system. They regularly surprise us with past-due bills that we were never notified about—no calls, no emails, nothing. It’s a recurring issue. There’s never any help for billing in the office, and instead of clarifying the situation, they just pass you off to the billing department, which also seems to have no idea what's going on.
