ZERO STARS- Requires payment on file and charges you rather than doing the legwork to retain reimbursement through Tricare and then you have to waste time filing a claim that an associate at the office gets paid to do. Unprofessional staff. Requested Tricare to remove them from the authorized list. My insurance company said they SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRING PEOPLE TO RETAIN PAYMENT ON FILE. I have two young sons who I bring to this clinic, if their pediatrician's office is closed or too inconvenient for us. I can count on Next Level Urgent Care every time. This Grand Parkway location has been nothing but the best care. Today, I was panicked with my youngest son, 3 years old, and Ms. Roy stepped in compassionately, all of the staff were so diligent and caring, to follow-up with any emergency care for him.
