I have now been there 3 or 4 times. Different people every time, but all have been great, friendly, knowledgeable. Definitely my go to when my doc can't see me in the next 2 calendar years....
I’ve been here twice, once for myself and once for my son. Everything was great: quick check-in, didn’t have to wait long to be seen, staff were all friendly and professional. Update: I had to go again and had a similar experience. Thumbs way up.
The staff and attending physicians are honestly the best I’ve seen throughout Austin. If I have any urgent health issues, I honestly prefer coming here before my PCP. Nancy is so sweet, Wes is always kind, and Paula is truly one of a kind. She’s takes her time explaining everything to you and educating you on what you’re feeling and the best plan of action. My husband and I always feel supported here and will usually go out of our way to come to this location because we know we’ll be taken care of. 11/10 recommend!
First time at this location. Everyone was really nice and really went above and beyond to help me to feel comfortable. They provided options that suited my care. William was great! Nancy did a great job as well. I highly recommend this location. Thank you both!
Went there twice for sprained ankle and asked for a referral for physical therapy only to be told I would need to go to a primary care doctor for that. Not sure what the point of going if they are only going to recommend you to a primary care doctor.
