It took a very long time to get the billing issue resolved. The account had credit balance because it was double paid by two separate insurance companies. Amount confirmed on May 10, 2024. The credit balance is not auto refund. Refund request in writing was sent in Feb, 2025. Back and forth multiple times without a solution. I thought it was the company's style of business. A scam. Up until August 18, 2025. Finally received the solution email. The longest refund process I ever had.
Called to verify if my insurance was accepted and price was told insurance cover it and made a appointment a week later to find out I did need co pay when I was told wasn't required for primary became som sort of emergency visit didn't see the point of it being emergency when I made an appointment a week in advance .
Came in on 08/14 to see the doctor not only did I feel slightly rushed but she also did not keep her word by referring me to any orthopedic by the end of the business day. I asked her if she could give me a call later that day to keep me posted on the orthopedic referral & she said she would and she ended up just showing me to the door where I could exit. I don't like being given the run around but if you enjoy that then this is the place for you..
I’d give 0 stars if I could. I have been here three times since summer and they misdiagnosed me every time. I kept coming in with a sore throat and a fever. They wouldn’t give me antibiotics. They told me to go to the ER. I went to another urgent care, got antibiotics and DIDN’T have an abscess like they diagnosed me. This is also the SLOWEST urgent care I have ever been to. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes past your appointment time. All I needed was antibiotics for my infection!
