I visited this location approx 2 wks ago, was skeptical of going due to the bad reviews online, Decided to get treated anyway and to my surprise, I received excellent service. The front lady (Janette) was efficient and professional! Something that is usually missing in a lot of these places! The Doctor had a great personality and had excellent patient care! Hopefully, you all keep up the good work . Thank you again!
Been using Next Level Urgent Care for a number of years with my annual bout of bronchitis during the allergy season. Excellent efficient staff and professional results. Clean facilities.
Both black receptionists are incredibly delusional with their customer service. If someone arrives at 9am due to chest pains and speech is slurred and incoherent just maybe you should take into consideration their capabilities in communicating with y'all! So my mother whose a teacher arrived with her colleague who then proceeded to drop her off. We always Come to Next Level urgent care in Meyerland for our urgent care needs. The tech and providers are always top-notch. The facility is very clean and runs efficiently to get you in and out as soon as possible. We highly recommend coming here whenever you need urgent care.
