I was disappointed by the level of professionalism demonstrated by the receptionist during my experience. Her communication came across as rude, which made the interaction uncomfortable. More concerning was that she discussed patients' personal health information. Her conversations could be clearly heard from other rooms, including details regarding patients’ medical histories. I hope management addresses this issue and reinforces the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism at the front desk.
The receptionist was so rude , but I did notice with Hispanic people . The rest of the staff was good . But first impressions were bad and makes me feel no welcome there.-
