Pretty generic urgent care, in and out quick, results exactly what I expected, staff was nice
I went today to the clinic because I hurt my hand. The service was very nice. Very happy people.
I was in Lake Jackson on mission trip and tweaked my back. I got an appt online, was called back to a room before my appt time, and was out 7 minutes after my scheduled appt time. I got the care I needed and the staff was very friendly. I wish Arkansas Urgent Care facilities could learn from Next Level. Hope I dont need them again while I'm here but will definitely go back if needed. Building is very clean and well kept. God bless.
Staff was all friendly and caring. Physician actually listened to my concerns and sent in the appropriate prescriptions 👍 will definitely use this facility again!!
