They lose your lab work because they forget to label it. Then expect you to pay for another appointment to have it redone. They don’t even bother calling you to relay the fact that this happened and have you come back. After several days of waiting for results I had to call to find out what happened. They said “sorry” we messed up in the lab. The only positive are that the NPs are knowledgeable and do a good job.
