My experience at this location was overall good. The highlight was the attention and service that I received for Kellie King, PA. She was amazing! I would recommend her care to anyone. She did not rush the appointment, she was welcoming and thorough in her explanations to me regarding my health concerns. He took her time and she was very kind! The ladies at the front desk could use some slight work on their professionalism, but they were tolerable. I highly recommend Kellie King!
Love this place. They allow you to wait in line outside and text you when to come in. The staff is really professional and friendly. The front desk was very kind and got my daughter a blanket when she had the chills and waiting on the doctor. Highly recommend.
I'm extremely disappointed with the level of care at this urgent care facility. My boyfriend came in experiencing severe back pain and was clearly in visible distress. Despite the urgency of his condition, he was made to wait an unreasonably long time without any real sense of urgency or compassion from the staff.
Timely, friendly employees, and Sara W did a great job. Thank you!!
