They refused to see my daughters eye due to no insurance. They denied to treat her but whom could've possibly gotten infected walking outside.
We are from out of town and had to go to this Next Level in Hutto TX. I can't say enough for the tech and nurse practitioner. They were amazing and so kind and caring. The receptionist was as well. Thank you ladies for making us feel so welcomed and cared for. You are greatly appreciated! Mr. Riley
Very caring staff here, from the receptionist, to the nurse to the doctor. Everyone was super friendly and took the time to help me out this past Sunday evening. I was so grateful they were open when I needed them and appreciate the thorough care. Thank you! I recommend this urgent care.
Its been a rough few months, so I can tell you from personal experience, not only are they kind, fast and competent, they do excellent stitching, gluing, and have a lot of tests in house. They take a lot of insurances and sometimes its a Dr copay instead of an Urgent Care copay. Dont get to know them well like me, but if you have an emergency they are such an awesome resource!
I visited Next Level for what I thought was "just an infection" and thought I might be prescribed an antibiotic. They were pleasant and efficient, getting me checked in and into an exam room almost immediately. After giving the history and an initial look by staff, the doctor came in. She very quickly assessed the situation and told me I needed to go directly to an ER instead as she could see IV antibiotics were likely necessary and more testing should be done.
