Super amazing and friendly staff, Stacey, Kim & Stormie. I would highly recommend this place for all your urgent needs. They truly put patient care at first.
We’ve been twice now and had no wait either time. My son in law had to get 10 stitches and the price and follow up care was a fraction of the cost of an ER visit. The nurse Stacey was very sweet and understanding to my sick kid and Stormie was prompt in delivering the results and treatment plan.
We come to Hutto Next Level urgent care every time we need something and we’ve NEVER been disappointed. Almost every time we come they are so fast and so helpful. Occasionally we have to wait longer but that’s expected anywhere you go if sickness are going around. Clean facility and quick check in. Was seen within minutes after completing my forms. Both techs, Stacey and Arry were very knowledgeable and made the visit seamless and comfortable. The provider, Michael was also very friendly and answered all my questions.
I had a great experience at Next Level Urgent Care in Hutto. Stacey, Steven, and Stormy were all absolutely wonderful—kind, helpful, and professional. The clinic was clean, the staff was friendly, and I was seen quickly without a long wait. I truly appreciated the care and attention I received and would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of urgent care services.
