Took my grandson here for a bilateral ear infection. They did an excellent job caring for him and he is 7yo. Staff were friendly and c very efficient. Recoved very well. Definitely going back when b one of is are ill again.
I went in because I lost my voice and was coughing very badly. I was seen within 10 mins and everyone I interacted with from reception, to nurse, to x ray specialist and dr were all so nice. Would 100% recommend if you are in need of urgent care! Reception was clean and so was the dr room. Everything was nice and tidy.
I am incredibly grateful for the care my son received at this facility. Roxy, the medical assistant, was amazing and made me feel like she genuinely cared about what my 3-year-old son was experiencing. They promptly administered medication in the office to help with his vomiting, and despite feeling unwell, he was smiling and laughing throughout the visit. The provider, Elizabeth, was very attentive and managed to help us quickly without making me feel rushed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
Pulled up to Next Level Urgent Care a few minutes before closing. They wonderfully were willing to see me. I truly had an urgent issue and didn’t want to wait until the next morning not knowing a diagnosis. Ashley, Maria, and Roxy were excellent MAs. Elizabeth was helpful in diagnosis and treatment. They were all professional yet still had that warm side. They are a real asset to the Next Level Urgent Care team.
Nicest urgent care experience I have ever had. Easy to book appointment and complete forms on the app. Everyone was friendly, professional, and kind. Quiet, calm, clean facility. Will definitely return when necessary and will highly recommend this NextLevel location to my friends.
