Doctor and nurse were very nice , the front office lady was very rude and unprofesional.
Next Level has a very professional staff. We had a positive experience at this urgent care. Will definitely come back if need other medical care. We only waited a few minutes before going to the back. Not anything like having to wait at a traditional emergency room.
