I had the most wonderful experience here last weekend. I was seen promptly for a rib injury. The entire staff was kind and respectful. Amy O’Connell, the nurse practitioner, had THE BEST bedside manner. She was kind, funny, and really listened to my concerns. I have had such bad medical experiences in the past, and she helped relieve all of my anxiety. I would highly recommend coming here for any urgent care issue!
Went it to get a checkup after a car accident and everyone was very helpful and nice. Ashlee and Lacy both helped me and were super nice and understanding. I was seen by nurse practitioner Lauren Moore and I highly recommend her. I always am nervous to go to doctors but they alleviated all my stress. I’ve been to this location twice now and it is my preferred urgent care.
Just went in on a Sunday afternoon for a finger injury. The ladies were very kind and informative. Will definitely be coming back to this location.
Highly recommend Next Level Urgent Care. Ashlee and Lacy were great techs. My provider was Lauren Moore. I was tested, treated and informed all within 30 minutes. Very professional and comfortable office to go to. The staff is kind and attentive.
