Very disappointed with the care we received. A facial laceration was glued shut without proper evaluation of the infection risk, despite clear signs it needed more attention. We ended up at another urgent care days later, where we were told it should never have been closed and that an infection had developed. The second provider had to clean and re-treat the wound and prescribe stronger antibiotics. I would not return here and would not recommend it, especially for pediatric injuries.
If you need quality and compassionate care, this is the place to go.

Dani, Anieka and Amber were amazing. I was grateful for their kindness and compassion when I went in for a terribly painful ear infection. We are returning patients and always get such quality care at next level (without the horrible wait you sometimes get at other urgent cares) thank you team!
