I was greeted warmly and seen quickly. Tech Poonam was super gentle on the Covid, Flu and Strep tests. NP Hoskins was informative and didn’t make me wait in the exam room long at all. Nice clean establishment!
Our family's reliance on this urgent care for our medical needs is significant, and we consistently appreciate the staff's kindness and friendliness. Despite residing in Converse, we prefer the Cibolo location for its exceptional service. Moreover, their sports physical promotion provides substantial financial savings. Great urgent care to visit, they took good care of me. The tech was great, as well as the doctor. Everyone was friendly and helpful, I didn't feel rushed they took their time with me . Super appreciate the staff here! Thanks!
Very professional and helpful staff. The doctor was on top of the medical issue right away. This is a great place to get care. I stopped by the front desk and picked up everyone's names. Julia was professional, bright, and friendly. She was always helpful. Ryan and Moses stepped right up and moved things forward, prepping for the doc's visit. And Doc Clement was incredibly professional. He asked a question, and then he stopped and listened to my answer. Just a superb experience overall.
