The Nurse Practitioner, Gad, was absolutely excellent. I am an RN who Gad evaluated and treated for a sudden onset health problem. Gad has super skills, knowledge, compassion and a kind smiling demeanor. My entire experience at this Next Level Clinic was gold standard. The receptionist, Zakiya, was very kind and informed me about the wait time and payment information. She checked me in with efficiency and a smile. I am extremely disappointed with the billing department's handling of my account. I was never notified of an outstanding balance from 2023. It appears significantly easier for the department to escalate to collections than to send a simple invoice.
