They were awesome and very nice!
I went to next level because I’d been sick a couple of days and it was a Saturday so I couldn’t get to my regular Dr. The techs Brendra & Zakiya were awesome! The provider Natasha was absolutely amazing and so cool she even told me some things about my issue my regular doctor never had. I’d most definitely recommend Next Level for your medical needs. The wait was very reasonable.
I was seen quickly, treated with respect, diagnosed and sent off with prescription.
I called my Anthem Blue Shield since I’m out of town and had been suffering from allergies—my eyes were swollen for days. Honestly, most urgent cares nearby were either rated below 3 stars or closed until Monday. I chose Next Level Urgent Care, which had a 4.5 rating, and I’m so glad I did! I only waited about 5 minutes, received a quick and accurate diagnosis, and was on my way home within an hour. I’m now recovering well. The clinic was clean, and the staff were friendly and professional.
