I had to bring my daughter in to NextCare on Monday for an injury she sustained at work, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The staff was incredible, friendly, efficient, and compassionate. We were seen quickly, and everyone we encountered went out of their way to make the process smooth and stress-free. They can't even schedule an appointment for simple lab work. I'd never use them for my medical care.
Fabulous team there at next level from the front desk lady to the assistants to the nurse practitioner. Honestly one of the best places I've ever been.

This urgent care operates like a scam, preying on patients with shady billing tricks. My insurance guarantees a low copay for urgent care, yet they strong-armed me into paying the full visit cost upfront, spinning lies about my plan’s coverage. They flat-out refused to help unless I caved to their demands.
