This location is great! The staff is very nice and listens to your concerns. This will be my go-to place in the future for any other concerns of mine.
I had to take my boyfriend here 30 minutes before closing to get a 2 inch cactus barb that was lodged inside his bicep out of his arm and Ellie and NP Virginia Vo absolutely killed it! They were so kind and welcoming even though we came in very last minute, the barb was out in minutes and they made it such a fun and happy experience

Today I went in to be seen for a back injury. The medical assistants Sam, Sandra and Josh were great. My provider, Tonya, was great as well. I was seen very promptly. The staff and provider were all friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care to anyone who needs to been seen. Thanks you Next Level of The Woodlands!!!
