David Noggle has been my artist for years. I would recommend him to anyone. Great guy in general but his vision for his artwork is incredible.
I had an AWESOME experience both times that I went to Next Level Studio! Manuel is amazing!!! He did such a great job fixing a bad tattoo that I had gotten from someone else several years ago! I was so impressed and appreciated the time and detail that he put into it! And Jason did an awesome tattoo on my foot on Friday the 13th! It turned out so cute! Everyone there is so professional and friendly. I love the atmosphere! I could go on and on! I will definitely be back!!!
