They continue to bill my insurance, although I graduated weeks ago. They went through seven staff members in the three months I was there, all of whom suggested There was something shady and very unethical. Honestly, there was so much lack of preparation on the staff members part. Groups where it was unclear who was going to Lead or they mention they had just been notified at the last moment. It is also difficult to go through three different therapists In three months. Annoying at best.
They never answer their phone calls.
I was a client at next level and I've grown so much. I've gotten my own self back along with my family. I'm so glad I made the decision to go there. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be in your sober living. I'll never forget the time I have had there.
Next Level Recovery provided me the opportunity to regain control of my life and reprioritize my self worth and value. I am very grateful to the entire staff and I appreciate their insights and shared knowledge.
