Next Level Recovery is amazing. I learned so much about myself and healthy coping skills while in outpatient treatment there.Their sober living is amazing too. I just hit 4 years sober and so much of my sobriety is thanks to them. The owners and staff are absolutely incredible. Highly recommend!

Next level is a great treatment and Sober Living properties program, I have been with them since end of 2022 and still reside there in a Management position. The staff is great. Well respected and very helpful to the clients. Helping others overcome there addiction and behaviors is amazing. Times get tough but the Management is always behind to make things better. I know without Next level I'm not sure exactly what my life would be. They have help me grow in so many ways..

This facility only cares about money. My initial intake appointment lasted over 2 hours although they told me it would be 30 minutes. I was also upsold on an inpatient living facility which was not needed. The counselor assigned to me also was dishonest and claimed my PO had told her I had to go to Next Level as opposed to another facility. The people here do not care about your disease or your struggle, they only care about the bottom line.

I chose this program on my own because I wanted to better my life. I was not court ordered and voluntarily enrolled because I genuinely wanted help and structure. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The program seems poorly managed, and communication within the staff is inconsistent. I was discharged twice, supposedly for missed UAs and groups, even though I had clearly communicated with staff about scheduling and compliance. They continue to bill my insurance, although I graduated weeks ago. They went through seven staff members in the three months I was there, all of whom suggested There was something shady and very unethical. Honestly, there was so much lack of preparation on the staff members part. Groups where it was unclear who was going to Lead or they mention they had just been notified at the last moment. It is also difficult to go through three different therapists In three months. Annoying at best.
