My experience with Next Level Plumbing was extraordinary! I cannot say enough good things about what an amazing job they did on my horrible flooding drain pipe that was basically flooding half of the flooring in my house for months! I put on a new roof thinking it was water coming through an old roof, not resolved! Next Level Plumbing responded promptly to a request for quote on replacement of our water heater. The communication was excellent and they were able to install a new water heater as well as a new toilet on the same day. Additionally, they did a plumbing inspection before leaving. They had everything running perfectly in a matter of hours. We were very pleased with the service and professionalism at a fair price.
My water filtration system exploded over the weekend and flooded the entire main floor of my house. Byron and Next Level were amazing in helping me get everything sorted - answered all of my questions, were prompt in getting out to my house to take a look, and were very thorough in investigating the cause of the issue. Byron then re-routed the water line to get water turned back on to my unit. Overall was a fantastic service call experience and I will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs.
Next Level (Matthew) was on-time, gave a reasonable assessment of our hose's vacuum preventer (backflow preventer) problem, and proposed a very nice solution involving a modular faucet assembly. Matt also pointed out another faucet that was in the same situation. He gave us a reasonable volume price, and we took him up on it. The quality of the work was very good, and Matt's explanations were complete and very helpful. I'm happy to have Next Level back when a plumbing need arises ... I can recommend them to others, too.
Matthew & Evan were both awesome! Evan took extra time to set up the faucets, drains & RO water system. They are friendly, very knowledgeable & hard workers! They replaced my kitchen sink & the price was very reasonable! Will definitely use them again!
