I met Sam and Nicole through my husband and was so delighted when they opened their own practice. I especially love their desire to help mothers with postpartum health. They spoke at my MOPS group as well and gave us some exercises to help strengthen our pelvic floor. Helping women recognize that peeing a little when they laugh after pregnancy is not normal, just common, is so important. Thank you ladies for being so knowledgeable and creating custom exercises to rebuild our bodies!

Nicole fixed my pulled hamstring, my ankle injury, and my 2 dislocated fingers � she’s amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better physical therapist and sister � she’s very passionate about her work!
