Like so many other patients, my first PT experience after TKR was difficult and I needed some specialized attention that I wasn't receiving at that facility (not saying they were not up to par just saying they have too many patients to focus on an Individual's needs) so I came to see Dr George privately. Dr. Wong and his staff go way above expectations to make sure you’re on the path to recovery. There is not enough space here to detail all the help Next Level Physical Therapy provided for me and my family. His team helped my daughter recover from a jiu jitsu injury which aided in her making her school soccer team. The care I received helped me on my way to recovery. Definitely a team I trust and will consult as needed for injury, pain or recovery, physically.
I was completely satisfied from the front office with Cassie and Ryan who are absolutely the friendliest and most helpful and a joy just to talk to ,to my excellent physical therapist Trish Fernandez who has the best way of making you fill at ease and helping you reach your personal goals. She explained better than any other therapist I have ever been to what each exercise is for and how it helps you achieve your goals .
I am a paraplegic with very limited trunk control. With so few muscle groups in my upper back and shoulders functioning, those that do easily get overworked and start creating pain and loss of mobility. Dr Wong is so good at understanding those issues and able to troubleshoot the what and why of what is happening. Then formulating a therapy plan to address those problem muscle groups.
