Dr. Wong and his staff go way above expectations to make sure you’re on the path to recovery. There is not enough space here to detail all the help Next Level Physical Therapy provided for me and my family. His team helped my daughter recover from a jiu jitsu injury which aided in her making her school soccer team. The care I received helped me on my way to recovery. Definitely a team I trust and will consult as needed for injury, pain or recovery, physically.
I was completely satisfied from the front office with Cassie and Ryan who are absolutely the friendliest and most helpful and a joy just to talk to ,to my excellent physical therapist Trish Fernandez who has the best way of making you fill at ease and helping you reach your personal goals. She explained better than any other therapist I have ever been to what each exercise is for and how it helps you achieve your goals .
I am a paraplegic with very limited trunk control. With so few muscle groups in my upper back and shoulders functioning, those that do easily get overworked and start creating pain and loss of mobility. Dr Wong is so good at understanding those issues and able to troubleshoot the what and why of what is happening. Then formulating a therapy plan to address those problem muscle groups. The therapists spend the entire time with the pt and explain why they apre recommending eack intervention. In addition, the therapists and staff are extremely helpful and cordial.
Doctors and staff are incredible and truly care about their patients. I came here due to neck, hip and foot pain and results have been tremendous. Instead of “standard” PT places, where a group of people are seen at once by one therapist, I was seen each time by a doctor (in PT) and had an hour long session. A variety of techniques were employed and I was provided with printouts for home use. These folks are highly competent, flexible, accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
