My son had an ongoing injury to his foot/ankle area that caused him pain when running. He is an active basketball player and I noticed he would be limping by the end of each game. Dr. Mike assessed the injury, diagnosed the issue and provided a plan. Within a few sessions Jack was no longer having the pain and the limping stopped. My experience with Dr. Mike has been tremendous. He has not only helped me get rid of my nagging hip pain, but also gave me the tools and knowledge to take care of my body throughout my training. It was a real pleasure working with Dr. Mike over the course of my treatment and then what became prevention and overall maintenance. Dr. Mike is amazing. He has helped me overcome a lot of my discomfort and pain. He has also helped my athletic performance. As a Cross-fitter, it was so important to have your body working with you instead of against you. Dr. Mike has worked with me to get my body where it needs to be, which has greatly helped me in CF and in life. You need to see Dr. Mike if you have any type of discomfort, which may be holding you back from achieving your goals.
Dr. Mike at Next Level Physical Therapy is hands down the best. My son is 13 and is a catcher for his baseball team. Two weeks before we were to travel to Florida for a big tournament he started having alot of pain when bending to catch. Turns out he was having an IT Band issue. By the time we left for Florida Dr. Mike had him feeling better then before the injuiry.
Dr.Mike is the best in the business. Throughout my baseball career I always have been injuried and my muscles have been super tight. I have been to many number of rehab places that would make me feel good for a week and than After I was done with that rehab place I would be in pain. I was out of options and I was always hurt.
