We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Next Level Orthodontics! Dr. Smith is truly amazing — he takes the time to explain everything and genuinely cares about his patients. My son just started his orthodontic treatment, and we couldn’t be happier that we chose Dr. Smith and his team for this journey. Spent 3 years going here, braces, cleanings and more. BEST TEAM EVER!!! The one star review I just read below was literally because she didn’t get an EXTRA upgraded retainer for free?? YOU GET A FREE SET OF RETAINERS! Don’t blast a business just because you don’t get something for free. That’s crazy You pay for experience, service, time, tools.. I really wish I could give this place zero stars. I had braces as a child and my two other daughters as well. So we are not new to this. My daughter is about to get her braces off and we were sent with the coordinator in the back office who by the way is rude and I almost told her off. I was told that I have to pay extra for a permanent bottom retainer . It’s a piece of wire . I have never heard of this . I am so mad about this and if I knew this was going to happen we would have never chose this office . I do not recommend ... read more

The level of comfort I receive when I walk in this office is amazing. Dr and the staff are always friendly and smiling. The mascot of the office is the main attraction!
