This orthodontist office is truly the BEST! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is always welcoming, high-energy, and full of great vibes. Dr. Smith truly takes pride in his work, and it shows—I absolutely LOVE my smile, and my teeth came out perfect! Update to their response to my review: My review is 1000% accurate and honest, happy to show anyone without question. I wouldn’t leave this otherwise. My top molars are left sticking outward. As you can see from their denial, hopefully I can help someone else save thousands of dollars. It’s shocking the type of people you came out to be. I don’t normally leave reviews like this, but I feel like I should share to warn anyone else. During my aligner treatment, I repeatedly told this office that my bite didn’t feel right. I was told everything looked fine. Before treatment, my molars fit together properly. By the end, my upper right teeth had been moved outward, leaving the right side of my bite open, left is closed. I have loved Next Level Orthodontist since 2023. They took such good care of my son Marky!! But this year with my daughter Selena we were so blessed with Hayden !!! This Guy is so amazing!! Talkative, caring and outgoing!! HAYDEN at Next Level took such good care of my daughter Selena. BEST PART is he is one of my childhood best friends son!!! I am so amazed with his work.
