I was looking around for repair of my door handle and came across Joe at NLG. I am confident I made a great decision as I could tell from our conversation he was passionate and sincere about his work and customer satisfaction. I am highly satisfied after having my door repaired here and you cannot see any residue and it all looks new and in the condition I left my car in. This "man" that I once call a friend betrayed my trust and and dragged me and my father through the dirt. I met the owner joe munoz many years ago. My father and I have a 1970 chevelle that I regretfully brought to this shop to entrust him with our dream. After 3 plus years of out vehicle being there and countless lies countless cash deposits into his hand we retired being misled with false updates. Had a minor rear bumper and tail light damage to a 2018 CTS-V. They fixed the damage perfect. The car was rear ended before an the dealership made the repairs. Next Level did a much better job and fixed the dealerships imperfections. I also asked them to wet sand and buff the entire car. The original "orange peel" paint job now has a mirror finish looks waaaay better. All this for a very fair price.
