Great place to workout, they have everything that you need! They've got great workout instructors, that will assist you in anything that you need. I started here, on November 28th of last year I love it! I completed P90X1 2, and 3 twice, it was great! But not enough, I love this place!
I was just there to watch the power lifting competition. But the gym was awesome. The people were friendly. I would definitely work out there.
