I had the best workout here. I have been doing boot camp for 2 years but the format at Next Level is different. I loved every min of the 45 mins they have on Saturday. The trainer, Lourdes is amazing and high energy. Cant wait to go back!
I started going to Next Level fit Camp last year and it has been well worth the time and the money. The staff treats you like family. The staff is dedicated and committed and will help you work on your Fitness goals. They meet you where you are, don't push you too hard, but know when you need to be pushed a little extra. There is never a boring day as there is so much variety to the fitness routine.
