I love this gym! The coaches are the best! They check your form so you get the most out of your workouts.
I’ll just say that I hadn’t exercised in nearly 10 years; I tried other places before finding this one, and it was so great! If I’m not mistaken, I’ve been at it for almost three years now without stopping. They taught me how to eat right and take my time—it’s one of my favorite places. I highly recommend it!
I can’t say enough good things about this gym! The coaches are amazing, they do a great job of meeting you where you are while also knowing when to push and challenge you. The community is incredible, and everyone genuinely supports and encourages each other. The workouts are fast, effective, and never boring. The coaches keep things fun, too! And if you’re lucky, Coach EJay might even motivate you with a little singing along the way. Highly recommend!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been a member here for 10 years, and I can honestly say I love this gym just as much today as I did when I first joined. The coaches are amazing and genuinely care about each person who walks through the door. They encourage you, push you when needed, and always make sure you feel comfortable no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
