Horrible experience with communication. This place screams scam. Mentioned they were certified by Tesla, when they are not. I have been trying to contact them for an invoice for weeks and no response. Find better business from another provider that can respond to texts and calls.
If you need a great electrician this is the company to go for. Rolando went over and beyond getting us what we needed and wanted at our house, from making sure we had the generator plug in to , panel being safe and more. Will be using this company from now on for our electric needs! They are friendly and respectful. Had great experience!!
Installed a Tesla Wall Charger. Rolando was very knowledgeable about the install and answered all my questions. Compared to other electricians I contacted first, Next Level ES knew right away what I needed. The other guys were trying to install regular 6/3 Romex, which would not meet NEC code and could be unsafe! Installation was on-time, professional and efficient. Made sure everything worked and showed me how to use the charger all for a competitive price. Very happy with the service and charger!
Excellent customer service!! I requested a bid via phone and they came out right away to look at the site. They completed the job today and they did a great job - and it was completed it much faster than expected. I would highly recommend them!
