"I recently had my windows tinted by next level detail, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were very professional from start to finish, explaining the process clearly and answering all my questions. I’ve been a customer of this detailing shop for years, and honestly, I can’t recommend them enough! I’ve done tint on my Camry, my son’s BMW, and now I’m about to get it done on my Tesla. I usually try to support local businesses, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. The young man helping me seemed nice, but some of the people working around him were unprofessional. In particular, there was an older man who seemed impatient and rude, even when I was picking up my car as a new customer. The main reason I went to this shop was to have my brakes painted red. I gave a three star for an honest review so hopefully I don't get another message from the owner. I expressed some concerns of what was going on in my life and that I needed to get my car cleaned and the owner completely ignored what I said and decided to charge me almost $500 just to clean my car because I own a Tesla and I felt as if I was being taken advantage of just to get a basic cleaning on the interior and exterior because I had a nice car and I was expected to pay a lot of money.
