Next Level Dental is the definitely the best dental office in Bayonne. I went there for a difficult, emergency tooth extraction and they handled the situation with the utmost care and concern. I had some personal issues going on as well and they understood them completely and treated me with amazing kindness, care and understanding. I’ve visited this place several times, and the front desk experience is consistently unprofessional. Staff often seem unsure about pricing, and today, I was given a quote on a Post-it note. I asked this is the quote? she said "Yes". I remember last year they gave me an original quote with all the information, not post-it it. This lack of clarity makes it hard to trust the information provided. Better communication and more professional handling of quotes are needed. I attached the "quote".
Staff is always very friendly, and I am always seen very quickly. I have had cleanings, fillings, a root canal, and wisdom teeth removal performed here. All were done satisfactorily, and reasonably priced.
I went to Next Level Dental due to severe pain in a tooth. When I walked into the office, I was greeted immediately by Debbie with a friendly smile. She explained all of the paperwork that needed to be filled out and was super helpful answering my questions.
