I’ve visited this place several times, and the front desk experience is consistently unprofessional. Staff often seem unsure about pricing, and today, I was given a quote on a Post-it note. I asked this is the quote? she said "Yes". I remember last year they gave me an original quote with all the information, not post-it it. This lack of clarity makes it hard to trust the information provided. Better communication and more professional handling of quotes are needed. I attached the "quote".
I went to Next Level Dental due to severe pain in a tooth. When I walked into the office, I was greeted immediately by Debbie with a friendly smile. She explained all of the paperwork that needed to be filled out and was super helpful answering my questions. It was then time to enter the patient room, where the x-ray tech (sorry, I'm not sure of her name) took x-rays of my tooth. The lady informed me that Dr. Loutfy would be with me in a few minutes. Dr. Loutfy is a caring and compassionate dentist .. she cares about her patients needs and concerns… haven’t and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental work !! The staff is always friendly and understanding of your time and concerns … the place is clean , if you are looking for a place for a great dental experience please consider Next Level Dental .
My kids have been going for a couple of years and we have been nothing but happy! Dr. Loutfy is absolutely amazing with children and my kids are excited to be at the dentist with her! Highly recommend!
