I’ve visited this place several times, and the front desk experience is consistently unprofessional. Staff often seem unsure about pricing, and today, I was given a quote on a Post-it note. I asked this is the quote? she said "Yes". I remember last year they gave me an original quote with all the information, not post-it it. This lack of clarity makes it hard to trust the information provided. Better communication and more professional handling of quotes are needed. I attached the "quote".

My kids have been going for a couple of years and we have been nothing but happy! Dr. Loutfy is absolutely amazing with children and my kids are excited to be at the dentist with her! Highly recommend!
Here you’re treated like family!! Michelle is amazing, she tries every way possible to make payments affordable as well as follows up to be sure you’re doing well.. Tammy is amazing as well she’s so accommodating and made my experience very comfortable.
Please avoid these crooks. Didn’t call me for my appointment charged me the full fees I’m calling my insurance and whack balling them. I will make a statement out of you.. scammers, im calling my insurance and claiming FRAUD in morning or I better get my phone call, i remember you use to be little dentistry you will get a letter from my lawyer soon. Be ready.
