Very professional. I walked through the door and the signage and decor in this office was welcoming. Next was my friendly chat with Debbie, the hub of the place!❤️ Then an easy teeth cleaning went well. The dentist came to do his examination and found something that needed attention. He was able to do the procedure, saving me an additional visit. Street parking is always available.
I’ve been going to the Next Level Dental office in Bayonne for years, and they continue to be absolutely amazing. The customer service is excellent from the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is always friendly, welcoming, and always professional. The office itself is extremely clean and well-organized, which immediately puts you at ease. I see Dr. Loufty, and the care is outstanding every single visit. Do not go here!! They are a bunch of crooks.. they were out of network with my insurance and the lady that handles the billing explained that they will just take what the insurance pays.. that was a lie.. they charged my insurance for my child’s two cavities then also charged me 220 on top on that, I didn’t learn they robbed me until, I went else where and they took care of another cavity for my child and only charged me 24 dollars. This is the best dental office I've ever visited. It was my first time and from the phone conversation I had with the receptionist to the "in person" visit, everything was up to what I was thinking. The Doctor was nice and very communicative . I can't recall their names but they were nice people.
Next Level Dental truly lives up to their name! I had an emergency procedure and they went above and beyond to make sure I was seen right away, they performed the procedure perfectly, Doctor Anapolle is phenomenal. He explained the entire process, he was so gentle, caring and kind.
