I was diagnosed with ten cavities here during a November visit, but didn’t pursue treatment because I honestly couldn't believe it. When I went to another dentist recently — months later — they found only two cavities. If those ten were real, they should have progressed, not disappeared. I was also charged for services my insurance didn’t cover, and when I questioned it, they admitted they place charges speculatively hoping insurance will cover them. Very professional. I walked through the door and the signage and decor in this office was welcoming. Next was my friendly chat with Debbie, the hub of the place!❤️ Then an easy teeth cleaning went well. The dentist came to do his examination and found something that needed attention. He was able to do the procedure, saving me an additional visit. Street parking is always available.

I am very happy to have found this place. The dentist isn't one of my favorite places to go, but here I felt reassured and confident—and, above all, I received excellent care. Thank you very much for everything.

This is the best dental office I've ever visited. It was my first time and from the phone conversation I had with the receptionist to the "in person" visit, everything was up to what I was thinking. The Doctor was nice and very communicative . I can't recall their names but they were nice people.

Staff was very professional and helpful. Both dental and insurance procedures were explained to me completely and respectfully. There was no wait time to be seen and I was attended to immediately. I recommend Next Level Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist.
