Very professional. I walked through the door and the signage and decor in this office was welcoming. Next was my friendly chat with Debbie, the hub of the place!❤️ Then an easy teeth cleaning went well. The dentist came to do his examination and found something that needed attention. He was able to do the procedure, saving me an additional visit. Street parking is always available.
I was diagnosed with ten cavities here during a November visit, but didn’t pursue treatment because I honestly couldn't believe it. When I went to another dentist recently — months later — they found only two cavities. If those ten were real, they should have progressed, not disappeared. I was also charged for services my insurance didn’t cover, and when I questioned it, they admitted they place charges speculatively hoping insurance will cover them. This is the best dental office I've ever visited. It was my first time and from the phone conversation I had with the receptionist to the "in person" visit, everything was up to what I was thinking. The Doctor was nice and very communicative . I can't recall their names but they were nice people.
Next Level Dental truly lives up to their name! I had an emergency procedure and they went above and beyond to make sure I was seen right away, they performed the procedure perfectly, Doctor Anapolle is phenomenal. He explained the entire process, he was so gentle, caring and kind. I am very happy to have found this place. The dentist isn't one of my favorite places to go, but here I felt reassured and confident—and, above all, I received excellent care. Thank you very much for everything.
