This dental office is very dishonest. I had multiple occasions where appointments for myself or my kids were changed or cancelled and I did not receive notification, meaning I drove more than an hour round trip for no reason. I had a double-charge on my credit card for a co-pay. It took multiple calls to their office and weeks to get in reversed. Three separate times I filled out requests to update the billing address and email address to the proper information for the insured (myself). They never updated it, which caused a ... read more

Next level dental is amazing!! Staff are sooo friendly and helpful! Had the best experience. Shar and Charissa were so great best people.
