This place is terrible! They were unprofessional and added charges months later because of their own incompetence! Bad experience taking my business elsewhere!

HIPAA VIOLATION! My husband and I saw Amanda Robinson, DDS. She completed several procedures on both of us over the course of several appointments. Overall, the care provided by her was good. The problem is this office will not release our chart notes/reports for the services we paid for. The office manager, Kim Rodriguez, claims their "system" does not allow them to send anything but x-rays. I have requested our records 7 times, both verbally and in writing, and have not received them. This is a blatant violation of HIPAA. ... read more
