Love this shop! Very cool vibe. William is very transparent and straightforward. Limay is very kind and always willing to go the extra mile for each individual client. They are very helpful and are able to explain things whenever I’ve had questions. If I have any future issues I’m for sure coming back. Definitely worth a visit!
Highly recommend. William went above and beyond and got the job done. He was very informative and helped me out alot.
I cannot say enough good things about William and his team at Next Level. When I unwisely backed into a tree, he hammered out the dents and made sure my new tail light fit perfectly in the damaged area. He was the only shop willing to do the dent work without painting, which made the service affordable for me. If you're looking for good work at a fair price from an honest business, THIS is the place. (Their dog Deuce is a big draw, too.)
William and May are awesome. First, they are patient and listen to your concerns. Second, William gives you options and quotes - setting realistic expectations. Then, whatever you choose, he delivers on tha Ose expectations. Most importantly, they keep you informed of the progress and work around the customer's schedule. I would recommend this business 100%.
