Pharos is the best gym in the south bay hands down! All the coaches and members make Pharos even more special. They have great space and equipment, including sauna! I just became a member about 6 months ago and im loving It.

I love this gym! It was not what I expected at first. There are no weight machines. There are fun group classes with an emphasis on total fitness and getting stronger. Solo workouts are possible, too. I am overweight and in my sixties and can’t do chin-ups or burpees. The coaches adapt the exercises to what I can do. Everyone is welcoming and supportive. Amazing gym. Super clean and organized. Everything you need to get after it. Ask for Derek R! He is super knowledgeable, has been training for a long time and it shows. You should go see him if you want to feel great for life
I purchased a package of personal training sessions, twice a week for 6 weeks, with Eric and I loved it! I just worked out on my own in a hotel gym and had such a great workout, and that’s all thanks to Eric who taught me form, technique, philosophy, so now I feel stronger and comfortable in a gym on my own which I never before had.
