I purchased a package of personal training sessions, twice a week for 6 weeks, with Eric and I loved it! I just worked out on my own in a hotel gym and had such a great workout, and that’s all thanks to Eric who taught me form, technique, philosophy, so now I feel stronger and comfortable in a gym on my own which I never before had. I'm really happy I found this place! I joined almost 7 months ago and it has been a great experience. The coaches are amazing and they all bring their own personality to the classes and make them fun. My favorites are Camille and DeAndre! I also really appreciate the thought that goes into the programming. There is always an explanation to what the focus is over the next few weeks unlike other gyms where the workouts seem random. Pharos Gym has been such a solid find. The programming keeps things interesting, and I genuinely feel accomplished after every workout. The coaches know their stuff and are super chill and approachable, and it’s also really family-friendly, which I appreciate. Highly recommend!
trainers are honestly some of the best I’ve worked with. They’re knowledgeable, motivating classes are great amazing results
