Scam company! A representative was scheduled to come out to my home which I took the day off only to find out that his quote would be completed over the phone, very misleading! Without even seeing my garage floor the representative gave me some outrageous price. On top of the outrageous price this representative started quoting me additional fees and potential fees. Not a customer friendly business. Buyer beware!
I signed a contact on 3/16/21. The salesperson took my credit card deposit and three weeks later I had not heard from the company. I called and determined that they lost my contract and credit card information. My card had 17 fraudulent charges that started on the day I signed the contract. I called the company and they did not offer to remedy the situation.
