Amazing atmosphere. The energy of the classes are amazing and the people are incredibly friendly and encourage you through the workouts. Truly the best definition of community I can think of. I highly recommend !
If you are looking for a supportive, like-minded, fitness focused community- this is it. the space is welcoming, and their workouts are both beginner friendly and challenging.
