I love Next Level Barber Shop, went there yesterday for a taper and Trey knocked it out the park! Phenomenal customer service and he took his time and made me feel special. I was due for a clean up, he did not rush it at all. I am so happy to go back to work looking fresh and feeling good. Thank you Trey and Next Level, got me right so I can holla at da honeys! UPDATE: Management addressed this almost immediately after they saw my review and Walter did send back the money. I appreciate their dedication to holding their brand to a high standard and how promptly they made sure this was made right once they were made aware of the situation.
