My experience was nothing short of amazing and the staff are so friendly. Needed some help installing a new set of wheels - they answered every question I had, helped me out with what to buy, and got everything installed seamlessly. Highly recommend for car upgrades, mechanical issues, regular maintenance, all of the above.
I was referred to next level auto repair shop by a close friend of mine who had talked up so good about the Great customer service and Reasonable prices for her car repairs. I made an appointment. I received great customer service from Kyle and from the other workers. My vehicle was service and returned back to me. I had a loaner and I appreciate being referred to next level repair shop. I will recommend anyone to come to next level for services concerning their vehicles in need of repair's.. Thank you!
The staffs were very friendly & professional, making sure I understood exactly what needed to be done with my vehicle. They provided a detailed estimate upfront, and the work was completed on time and within budget. They offered loaner during my vehicle down time. Highly recommended.
Brought my Lexus in because I needed new tires, oil change and new shocks. There were several customers in the clean waiting area, so I was offered a coffee or water while I waited.I was taken care of in less than 3 minutes. The owner himself came out to make sure everything went well. Very friendly and courteous customer service. When I returned the next day the car was repaired and ready to go. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs timely service and satisfaction!
As parents living a few states away from their son. Car issues are stressful. Kyle and Garrett really put our minds at ease about his car and the necessary repairs to get it back in shape. Our son is happy to be back in his car. These 2 and the tech working on it made us feel confident in the work completed. Thank you for your help. We will be back, but hopefully only for maintenance!
