I'm new to the area so I was on a search for a place to service my car. A few places (all dealerships) never followed up on my inquiry. Finally, I Googled for a place and was drawn to Next Level Auto Services. From their nice website to their prompt responses - especially next day availability - I took a chance. Of course, we had a bad snow storm the next morning, but I arrived safely and Kyle greeted me with excellent customer service and hospitality. Give them a try. The staff was friendly, helpful ,appreciative with good communication. When they examine a car they text pictures of what the part looks like that might need repairing or replacing with a repair priority posted by word/# 1-5. You can still call them. Close by shuttle service & loaner cars. 3yr/36k mile warranty. Ask for details. Thank you Kristin, Kyle, & unseen mechanic.
Hands down best mechanics I’ve ever had. I will only take my car to them, trust me I’ve tried a LOT of places in my area and all around this one is about a hr from me but it is definitely worth it. I had spent about 8-9k for my car to get repaired new transmission, pulleys, hoses, tires, the works the car drives and feels great no issues. The staffs were very friendly & professional, making sure I understood exactly what needed to be done with my vehicle. They provided a detailed estimate upfront, and the work was completed on time and within budget. They offered loaner during my vehicle down time. Highly recommended.
I was fortunate enough to find this awesome place because my co-worker suggested them.....they helped us out in a pinch and I was very impressed with them. It turns out they have incredible techs and office staff. If you have to wait for a mobile service to come out to you for any of your cars electronic systems....... don't wait, just give them a call. They are top tier!
