The staffs were very friendly & professional, making sure I understood exactly what needed to be done with my vehicle. They provided a detailed estimate upfront, and the work was completed on time and within budget. They offered loaner during my vehicle down time. Highly recommended.

Recently had a water pump replaced on a Dodge Ram 2500 and was very satisfied. The people are all very friendly and helpful, and I was offered a loaner for no charge. The service was done on time, and I would definitely recommend them!

I was looking for a second opinion on a engine light issue I was having. My other mechanic said it was the catalytic converter failing. Ryan at Next Level Auto was very knowledgeable and said many times it's just the oxygen sensors that are failing and suggested after inspection we start with those and see if that fixes the problem. It did, and was quite a bit less expensive to repair than replacing the catalytic converter.
