Overall, a very good experience. One issue we’re able to resolve is that I bought the part ahead of time and then the car needed to be towed from Madison. Next Level Auto is my new go-to shop. I drive an 11 year old truck that started making a weird rotational noise. Couldn’t figure out what it was and took it in to NLAS. Being a single mother I felt very comfortable bringing my vehicle in for service! The waiting room was clean and the front staff AMAZING! Things were explained to me where I didn't feel like I was being walked over or taken advantage of. I have found my forever shop!! Thank you all at Next Level Auto!
Best auto repair experience ever! I took my BMW in for some maintenance and a noise. The shop and waiting areas were clean and everyone was soo nice. They got back to me quickly and did a great job of explaining what I needed AND what I could wait on repairing. Honest, professional and knowledgeable! I’ll be back.
