I want to put my review because it's an unfortunate truth that I continue having casualties on the road. When Nextlevel, like any business, was opened and business was in its developmental stages, I took my car there for repairs. In all honesty the turnaround did take longer than usual but the customer service and the attentiveness of all staff was beyond me. the issue was resolved with the shop owner. I am ok to close the case. I gave them 3 stars because the owner of the shop has been sincerely at the end.
Love this shop. They are really professional and most importantly they care about their customers. I needed to drop off my Porsche Macaan S the day before my flight, so I had to find someone to watch my 8 month old while I drove for an hour to the shop and took a cab back and managed to pack for everyones luggages. But he suggested to send a tow truck to pick up my car just casue he didn't want me to go through the stress and inconvenience. Great experience as usual !! I am a loyal customer to Next Level Autobody. I took my 370z there to have my side skirts, bumpers and wing painted. The job was done exactly the way I asked with 2 colors. Highly recommended shop. Special thanks to the team there you guys are great and the work is absolutely speaking for itself. I must give the manager Chris extra special thanks for fulfilling my detail down to the T.

Horrible! Car has been in this shop for over a month for a minor repair. Completion date has been changed three times. It's a hassle whenever you call for status updates, no one has a clue on what's going on with your vehicle. Then they constantly make up stories and lies. This place lacks professionalism and customer service. Definitely not worth your time nor money! They don't even deserve one star
Listen to me people please do not take your vehicle here all they like to do is insurance fraud , their costumer service sucks all they care is about them getting paid , i took my car there a few months back and it took them almost 2 months to fix my door and fender , 3 owners and none of them know what their doing , their work not even that good either so please listen to me and stay away if you dont have full coverage they gunna bs you .
