So Next Level is going to be my number 1 shop because of their knowledge and care they put into fixing a car. I brought in an audi A6 3.0t for them to install a lower pulley and thank God I did. They had found that my bolt holes and been previously stripped and the pulley had three bolts that were already loose. They fixed that car up and its been running excellently ever since. Kevin and the team took care of my vehicles various repairs such as AC, brakes, tires, alternator, gaskets and much more. They really know their stuff. They always fully inspect the vehicles for anything needed fixed.
Came in for a diagnosis, got that and so much more. Kevin and his team have been very helpful to me and communicated in a way that "non car people" are able to understand. Will be returning in the future for sure.
