Called near the end of the day for broken AC unit. Ed called me back right away, was very upfront about the service call pricing. Got a tech out within a few hours, the technician was super helpful and stocked standard parts in his truck. They were able to solve problem in one trip - will use again.
All employees were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. This was a complete new installation of Carrier air conditioner/ heat pump on a roof. Crane operator was perfect. Installation was quick and clean. Whole home cooled down 30 minutes after installation. New thermostat is beautiful.
