The technician Jose was great. He was a bit early but that was good, My AC started making a scraping sound which was getting worse. So we called NexAir and they got Jose out there the same day. Jose went in the attic and evaluated the problem He came down with a diagnosis in about 10 minutes. He checked on the parts and gave me an estimate which was satisfactory with me. Cristian Mendez with Next Level A/C was an excellent technician. Knowledgeable, Thorough and kept me well informed regarding his work on our our A/C system and filters. I highly recommend Next Level A/C and our tech person Cristian Mendez, Also Cristian Mendez gave me a quote for a mini split system for our garage. We will definitely use them for that product and installation!
Price seems to high fir a 10 min job. If it wasn't for price it was good service on-time very professional. Cristian was great!
