ETA: The restaurant I reviewed no longer exists -- Would be here every week if I lived in Long Beach. As it is I've driven an hour out of the way for these egg tarts. The entrees seem to be excellent too--had a pork bowl, which was delicious in a homemade-style but better way, with nice braise liquid and a startlingly perfect variation of chili crisp on top--but the egg tarts are my favorite I've ever had.
