I was disappointed with my experience at this office. The doctor consistently appears to be overbooked, which results in long wait times and appointments running significantly behind schedule. After waiting well past my appointment time, I felt that the actual visit was rushed because there was little time left to discuss concerns or ask questions. I am so glad I found Dr. Mina Garrett-Scott! She is very caring, listens patiently, and shares great information on how to address one’s issues and to find the path to better health. Also I should add, her nurse Parisa, and the young lady at reception, Deannalyn, are great!
I was well informed as to my situation. Such a great experience all around, from the front desk, to the back room. Dr Scott was extremely knowledgeable and explained to me the steps to take for better healing.
Kiddo broke his wrist Friday night at 8 pm. Went to urgent care and was told the sooner the better to get a cast on. But it was the weekend and 99% of places were closed until Monday. Called this place Saturday morning at 10:30 am after calling for two hours to other places. Quick pick up, quick questions asked, appointment at noon just like that.
