Adeleke is a nice guy but they say you find out the true measure of a general contractor after they have your money. We had a complete, over 200K renovation of a 4 BR/3BA, 2200’ home. Original quote was 99K. Upon completion we had an issue mainly with our exterior fence. We found out it was a cheap Japanese cedar. We asked him to stain it but he was insistent on painting it a color. Now I know why. Needless to say the fence that we paid $7400 for now needs to be removed.
